Located in a neighbourhood built in the second half of the 20th century, between the historic centre and the beach, this building designed by Kauh is the result of working with the context, freely integrating and interpreting the persistent and iconic architecture of the town.

Starting from the patio, it is possible to build a space that flows and relaxes the limits inside / outside, in order to enhance the exterior rooms. Uniting the open side together with the reinterpretation of the architecture achieves a perfect balance between home and seasonal space. One of the renovated classic details of this construction is the lattice that opens the space with a scale shape inspired by our Scale Fan that provides texture and a maritime architectural touch that directly relates the space to the coastal population of Cadiz.
